The Crenshaw Rams Youth Football & Cheerleading programs (formerly known as the Crenshaw Colts) have been established with the Snoop Youth Football League (SYFL) since 2008. Our athletic programs are provided to boys and girls ages 5-13 and provide coaching and training to help them excel in the sport while creating options to obtain college scholarships.
The Crenshaw Rams Story
The Crenshaw Rams began as a Snoop Youth Football League team in 2008; as the Crenshaw Colts under the direction on the team's President, Andre Carter. Mr. Carter and his team brought an undeniable passion to help young athletes succeed in the game, and most importantly, in the classroom.
After his unfortunate passing in 2012, the team retired the 'Colts' name in memory of Carter and rebranded the program as the Crenshaw Rams in 2016. The debut season football season under the new team name was led by the team's Commissioner (Eugene "Big U" Henley), President (Nicole), Athlete Services Coordinator (Leesha); as well as Cheer Coordinators Stacy and Joi.
