The Developing Options is a non‐profit, non‐governmental organization formed by Eugene "Big U" Henley for inner-city children who suffer from Type 1 or 2 Diabetes. Developing Options Youth Foundation (www.DevelopingOptions.org) is a division of Developing Options a 501c3 Corporation. The non‐profit organization located in Los Angeles, California. "Our mission is to improve the quality of life for children, teens, and families affected by diabetes". The Foundation provides education and recreation within a supportive community, encouraging personal growth, knowledge, and independence. The goal is to serve over 1000 inner-city children annually from California and beyond whose lives have been forever altered by diabetes. Each year DOYF plans to touch the lives of hundreds of people affected by diabetes by offering one‐day, weekend, and summer‐long education programs in California (primarily in the Southern California regions). LDT Investment Inc. (www.ldtinvestmentsinc.com) is an investment company that specializes in obtaining distressed properties. They have special relationships with several banks and other organizations to assist homeowners in keeping their homes.
They have an elite team of companies that they have affiliations with to assist in all aspects of the real estate including but not limited to short sales, real estate escrow, property management, real estate mortgage, and homeowner assistance program Their REO Division at LDT has been privileged over the past to assist many of the largest lending institutions in the country with the marketing of their foreclosure properties. LDT also has a multi-level, marketing program that targets the brokerage community and public. They work with several REO asset managers, VPS at most of the largest banks in the world, Neighborhood stabilization trust personnel, senior short sale negotiators from several banks, investor relations at banks in the loss mitigation departments and more!
